80 g pasta
1 can of canned tuna
1 tomato
1/2 onions
1 clove of garlic
20 g cheese
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
500 ml water
Chef's tip: Reserve a splash of pasta water to loosen the sauce if it seems dry.
Bring water to a boil in the pan. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While pasta cooks, dice tomato and onion, mince garlic. Drain canned tuna.
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic over medium heat until soft, about 3 minutes. Add tomato and cook until slightly softened, about 2 minutes.
Add drained tuna, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and heat through, about 2 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
