By creating or using a Reciphy account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required in your country. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Reciphy uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe suggestions from information you submit, including ingredients and cooking preferences. Features, models and availability may change. Generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances.
Reciphy is not medical, nutritional or professional food-safety advice. You are responsible for checking every ingredient, label, allergen, expiry date, cooking temperature and preparation method before eating or serving food.
Never rely on Reciphy to detect allergens or cross-contamination. If you have an allergy, intolerance, health condition, are pregnant, take medication, or cook for a vulnerable person, consult an appropriately qualified professional. Do not consume anything you believe may be unsafe.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to your Google account. You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, automate abusive requests, interfere with security, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to extract confidential system instructions, resell access without permission, or use output to harm others.
A Bite is an in-service usage unit, not money, stored value, cryptocurrency or a transferable asset. One Bite is charged for a successful recipe generation under the rules displayed in the product. Failed generations are not intended to consume a Bite. Free or plan Bites may expire or reset on the schedule shown for your tier; purchased bonus Bites follow the conditions shown at purchase. Bites have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before checkout, Reciphy displays the price, currency, billing interval and included allowance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. Stripe processes payments; Reciphy does not store full card details.
You may cancel through Account → Manage. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access remains available until the displayed expiry date. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected. Taxes and price changes are handled as disclosed at checkout and as required by law.
You retain rights you hold in information you submit. You grant Reciphy the limited rights needed to process that information, operate the service, secure it and provide requested output. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated recipes for personal or commercial purposes. AI output may resemble existing material, and Reciphy does not guarantee originality, exclusivity or ownership.
Reciphy's software, branding, interface and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Reciphy may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features, and may apply reasonable usage or security limits. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated as required by law.
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment or legal necessity. You may stop using Reciphy at any time and may request account deletion. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers and liability limits—continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reciphy disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of AI output. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Any final liability cap and governing-law clause must be completed after the operator jurisdiction is confirmed.
The version and effective date appear above. If a material change is made, Reciphy will provide appropriate notice and request renewed acceptance where required. Previous acceptance records are retained as an audit trail.
The sole operator's formal identification, postal contact, public legal email, governing law and dispute forum are pending and must be inserted before commercial production launch. Mandatory consumer protections in your country are not displaced by these Terms.
