Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
Ensure fish (tuna) is cooked to an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F) if using fresh tuna; canned tuna is already cooked and only needs to be heated through.
Wash hands and surfaces after handling raw chicken.

150 g Chicken
60 g Rice
1 can of tuna can
1/2 onions
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
200 ml Milk
150 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Chef's tip: Use leftover cooked chicken to save time.
Dice the onion and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season chicken with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the rice and cook for 1 minute. Pour in water and milk, bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While step 3 cooks
While the rice cooks, drain the tuna can. After 15 minutes, fluff the rice with a fork, then gently fold in the drained tuna. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
