  • 200 g beef mince

  • 100 g bell pepper

  • 50 g onion

  • 5 g garlic

  • 150 g tomatoes

  • 50 g cheddar

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tortillas

  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

    Dice the onion and bell pepper into 1 cm pieces. Mince the garlic. Chop the tomatoes into 1 cm cubes.

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, cook until softened, about 4 minutes.

    Add the beef mince to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes. The beef should reach 71°C/160°F.
