80 g pasta
1 can of canned tuna
150 ml milk
40 g cheddar cheese
50 g peas
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 l water
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While step 2 cooks
While the pasta cooks, drain the canned tuna and flake it with a fork. Grate the cheddar cheese.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, flaked tuna, peas, milk, and half of the grated cheddar. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Dot the top with butter and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the top is lightly golden. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
