150 g chicken breast
200 g potatoes
50 g onion
5 g garlic
100 g tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
50 ml water
Chef's tip: Cut potatoes uniformly so they cook evenly.
Chef's tip: For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in paprika and black pepper for 10 minutes before cooking.
Cut chicken breast into 2 cm cubes. Peel and dice potatoes into 1.5 cm cubes. Finely chop onion and garlic. Dice tomatoes.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chicken cubes and potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is lightly browned.
Add diced tomatoes and water. Stir to combine. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 74°C/165°F).
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
